This tool can be used to survey nurses at your hospital to inventory COVID-relevant clinical skills. Gathering this information is the first step to planning how to redeploy clinicians during the crisis.
We have implemented a survey template using a popular platform, Google Forms. You can also create your own using our suggested text and format.
Note that, if you use our templates, the data can be used with other modules we are currently building.
